短暫的快樂, 很容易達到. 要將它持續, 方才有難度.

為什麼要持續呢? 其實不需要, 也很難達成, 所以不要太執著, 快樂時光有時被打斷就由它去吧...

總會有下一刻的來臨!

分享快樂?

快樂, 其實是很個人的. 我今天發現, 獨自一人時, 我們會更容易讓自己快樂. (因為沒有那麼複雜)

但是, 很多時侯, 人們希望能分享自己感受到的快樂, 一旦分享出去, 郤也不覺得他人會同樣感受到這份喜悅.

所以, 分享快樂是有點矛盾的. 能成功分享快樂, 不僅要同時擁有類似的觀念/價值觀, 還要找對時機.

悠閒

一個人走在鬧市中, 坐下來享受飲料和音樂, 然後是陽光和海風, 看著路人和旅客, 看他們玩.走.談.笑, 這一切都是很悠閒的, 會感到時間不會不夠用.

我們大概是長年處在不懂悠閒的時代, 所以忽然能得到這一刻, 會覺得格外不一樣.

今天, 很是滿足!
