i read a passage saying ppl in our ages are in generation stage 3 and we dont have much chances than the generation stage 2 and they are still in the higher positions and wont be willing to let stage 3 ppl to develop..
and generation stage 4 is even worse in term of chances...
haha, i play this game as well....and i feel tired same as you...hehehe
